Want Some Questions Answered Before We Get Started?
Check out our FAQ list
If you have a few questions about The LSAT Architect’s tutoring process, check out this list of FAQs.
Why should I work with a private tutor?
Your sessions will be one-on-one, instead of a large class. We’ll work with you on specific topics, so no time is wasted on concepts you've already mastered. Plus, our work is responsive to you - if certain strategies aren't working we will adjust in real time
What happens in a typical session?
Our sessions are specialized to your needs - no two students will have the same sessions! Generally we will work through problems together, discussing strategies and concepts to target your weaknesses.
Do I need any materials for the tutoring session?
You should purchase the LSAT practice exams; we recommend subscribing to the LSAC Prep+ service for this. Other materials may be recommended as tutoring progresses, but never required.
How often will we meet?
Typically, once a week, but this depends on your needs and availability.
What's your availability?
Monday through Friday 11 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. We can be reached outside of those hours, but a response is not guaranteed
Where would we meet for in-person tutoring
In-Person tutoring is done in New York city or north New Jersey. Generally we would meet at a public space like a library, park, coffee shop, etc.
What is your experience with the LSAT?
Our tutor has taken the LSAT and gotten a perfect score. Eric has also tutored the LSAT for over 3 years, and mastered every practice test available.
